Holiday Classes & Cookie Recipe
Our last few classes of 2017 and a recipe for my favorite German Cookies
I love these cookies and you should never leave me alone with a tin of these. :) They are a melt in your mouth goodness! Try them and you will make these every holiday season!
Vanille Kipferl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 stick butter cold, cut into pieces
Put flour, almond meal, powdered sugar, salt into a bowl and mix by hand.
Slowly knead in the butter piece by piece and the vanilla until the dough forms a ball.
Place the dough wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge for at lest 30 min.
Once the dough is chilled, break of small pieces and roll into small sausages and shape into present shapes.
Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Once they come out of the oven you sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container for up to a month (they get better as they sit).

German Christmas Cookie Class
Dec. 15th 6pm-9:30pm
In this awesome class we will make a bunch my famous German Christmas cookies and you get to take them home in a tin. This class is so much fun! Bring a friend!
KIDS HOLIDAY CLASSES:
Kids Holiday Cookie Class.
We will be baking and decorating delicious holiday cookies.
SAT Dec. 9th
10am-2pm Ages 8-15
Hedgehog Cookie Class
This is going to be so much fun! I love hedgehogs and I love cookies, together this can only be a win!
SAT Dec. 16th
10am-2pm Ages 8-15
Gingerbread House Class
In this class we will be baking our own Gingerbread houses and decorating them.
WED Dec. 20
10am-2pm Ages 8-15
Holiday Cookies (Decorating)
In this class we will concentrate on decorating. I will have cookies ready and baked and the kids will learn how to use royal icing to make some holiday magic!
Thurs Dec. 21st
10am-2pm Ages 8-15
