Holiday Helper #2
Bake Austin's Holiday Helper
OUR GIFT TO YOU
HOW TO MAKE INFUSED HONEY
Needed Supplies
In order to create homemade infused honey, you will need:
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1-2 Tbsp Dried Herbs
- Clean Mason Jar
- Handmade Label
Note: Please use dried herbs only for this method! You can also use spices like cinnamon sticks, star anise, or even vanilla beans.
Measure out your honey and pour into a clean mason jar. Add herbs and stir. Close container and infuse for a minimum of 2 weeks. Once the honey is infused you can strain out the herbs.
Dried herbs we like to use: rosemary, sage, thyme, mint, lemon balm, lavender, chamomile, and/or rose petals.
If you have any envelope labels laying around, a neat idea for your labels would be to use stamps for a cool look!

Virtual Kids Classes
"Pascal is a great teacher! She speaks to each and every child in her class. She helps them with the process like she was in the same room with them. She is patient, kind and personable. She helps the children build skills and self confidence. My grandson had his first class with Pascal and came away with a new sense of pride and self confidence. He also learned a new appreciation of food prep and all the effort one puts into it. I was so impressed with him keeping on task . Thank you!" - Mary Anne N.
