I need your help
Hi lovely community,
I need your help. We continue to navigate this strange reality filled with uncertainty due to covid. My son and I both got it during the holidays. I spent New Year’s Eve with my 20-year-old son sick with covid (lucky for me, but probably not his favorite New Year’s Eve! LOL).
Even though my kids are past school age, I am still a mom. I remember what it’s like to worry about their well-being and their happiness at school. I understand what it’s like to want to protect your children from the world – even without covid. I can only imagine what you are all going through.
So how can you help me? Tell me how I can best be of service to you.
I’m going to be vulnerable with you here.
I have made it through the past two years with my business intact, thriving actually. A lot of my colleagues were not so lucky. They had to close their businesses, their locations, or create a new career altogether. This is truly heartbreaking stuff.
Thanks to all of you, Bake Austin aka Kids Culinary School made it through. Phew! It was a lot of hard work and a lot of faith from you all. I have never had so much fun cooking and I had the fortune to be in kitchens, literally, all over the world via Zoom. Really, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!
But here we are again, facing yet another uncertain time.
I want to continue growing Kids Culinary School so I can serve more families and empower more kids to become passionate about cooking. But I need your feedback. How are you planning for summer? What kind of classes do you value the most? What can I do to improve the experience? How can I serve you best? I want to hear from you.
From one parent to another. I see you. I can feel you: moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas, aunts, and uncles. You are worried about our generation of kids with all that is going on.
Please remember you are not alone, we’re all in this together and we can learn from one another. We can do this!
In gratitude,
Chef Pascal
