Mammamia, are you ready for this spicy meatball?!
Italian Cuisine
Hello everyone!
Are we staying warm or has the wild Austin weather changed and we are trying to stay cool today?
As we gear up for an event filled summer camps program, we watched this hilarious Epicurious video of kids trying store bought vs. homemade pasta. It is so interesting to think about whether parents would be able to decipher the difference any better than these kids.
Do you think that you could do it? Maybe your family could try this blind-taste-test experiment after the kids gain some delicious pasta cooking skills. Please be sure to film and share it with us, so everyone can join in a good belly laugh!
Pizza can be a bit controversial. Do you prefer Neapolitan, Sicilian, or Detroit style? Are you a pizza purist or can you get down with jalapenos and pineapple?

Ladyfingers, also known as Canestrelli, will be made during camp. If you are looking for any other Italian sweet treats, check out the Italian Desserts camp!
