A little love letter to you
Things are really intense right now.
Again.
As a parent, this is such a difficult time to maneuver. How to shelter our kids from the storm, from the news, from the reality of what is our new normal. Uncertainty. As we are celebrating our newfound freedom of letting our guard down a little around COVID here is another threat looming over us.
Humbling, really.
If you know me, you know I speak from my heart. I don't want to send you another email about our awesome classes and camps, because quite honestly, I have a hard time justifying that. It seems irrelevant.
I guess, for what it's worth I wanted to say hello, I am thinking of all of you and how a lot of you still have young kids at home.
We have weathered so much in the last couple of years, and we will weather this!
We are so strong! Hang tight! And make sure you also take care of your heart and please do hug your kids from me.
And let's celebrate the small victories.
Chef Pascal
Here is one of mine:
I am so excited that Julie Kendrick from Huffpost contacted me to share my insights about cooking with kids. Here is the article where she interviewed a few cooking teachers on how make it possible.
But I know all of you know that it is already, but I thought I would share the article. :)
