Hello everyone,
As we approach the end of summer, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've had in the kitchen together! Next week marks the conclusion of our summer camps, and I couldn't be prouder of the young chefs and bakers who have joined me both virtually and in-person.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support and love of cooking and baking! I am a little sad that it’s over again. But I will now be focusing on moving my son out of his childhood home and I sure hope I taught him enough. I will be an empty nester in a couple of weeks!
Here are some photos of the last few weeks 👆 Dinner club ended with us inviting the parents to a delicious dinner party!
As our summer camps draw to a close, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. Your kids enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn have made this summer truly special. I've had a blast guiding your children through the world of culinary arts, witnessing your kid’s growth, and sharing in the joy of their culinary achievements.
While this chapter comes to an end, I hope that the skills and memories they have gathered in our kitchen will stay with them for a lifetime. Cooking is not just about combining ingredients; it's about nurturing creativity, building confidence, and fostering a love for good food and good company.
👆Even though I warned them, they wanted to make cake pops. at the end of the class, they said “Now we understand why you don’t like them- it’s a mess!” Yes! But they cleaned it up!
To all the parents and guardians, thank you for entrusting me with your young chefs. Your support and encouragement have been instrumental in making this culinary journey a resounding success.
I hope you will enjoy the rest of your summer! Hug your kids from me!
Best
Chef Pascal
