Hallo, culinary travels, 🙋♀️
I apologize to be one day late but Summer Camps have me very busy!
Last week, we savored the flavors of Sweden, indulging in mouthwatering Swedish meatballs and heavenly cinnamon rolls. I hope those delicious treats left you craving for more! Today, I invite you to join me on an exciting adventure through the culinary wonders of Germany.
Germany, renowned for its rich cultural heritage, is home to a diverse array of delightful dishes, castles, beer gardens, gorgeous rivers, dreamy cities, and of course, it is my home country. 😂
From traditional bratwurst to pretzels and sauerbraten, German cuisine offers a feast for the senses. So, fasten your aprons, gather your ingredients, and let's dive into these fantastic recipes!
It was really difficult to find my favorite German recipe to share with you guys, but it's been so hot here in Texas and I thought of something to make that would taste good In the Heat of the summer, is filling, and nourishing, and I landed on German meatballs with potato salad.
You can eat the meatballs cold or hot, you make a big container of potato salad and you can eat it all week long. Also, these recipes are classic throughout the North and even the South of Germany. These dishes remind me of my grandmother and my mother and they are definitely dishes I could eat every week without a doubt. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do, and as always let me know if you are cooking alongside me.
As a reminder, our summer camps are in full swing, and we have both in-person and virtual classes available for your children to enjoy. Join us for a summer filled with fun culinary experiences and culinary discoveries!
Remember, food has the power to connect us, no matter the distance. So, let's come together, explore diverse flavors, and celebrate the joy of cooking.
Guten Appetit!
Happy Cooking,
Chef Pascal
