Two of my former Bake Austin students participated in St. Francis Cupcake Wars and a teacher from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (I am a graduate) was one of the judges. I am so proud of these two, tackling not only the challenge given (zucchini & lemon) but making Gluten-Free Cupcakes. I love it when I see what my students bake when they are not with me.
